(DHEA’s (6am - 8am), Cortisol (6am - 8am, noon, 4pm, 8pm))
This phase is going to be the toughest of all and is why it is also known as “The Hard Shred or Cut Phase”
This phase focuses on maintaining the muscle they have built over the last two phases and dropping fat quickly
In this phase participants will learn how to maintain their result and their meal plan will become a lot more flexible.
We will help them to build their own meal plan using a range of foods and different quantities.
They will receive tips on eating out and how to choose off a menu
as well as recipes that will inspire and help them to maintain their results.
