I have been waiting hours for a response to a password problem (which is not my problem, but the system's). Despite my premium account, it has been over 5 hours since my first request, and I have added several requests to my ticket. I and my business are somewhat paralyzed without all the passwords that are stored in the vault - what good is it if I can't access them?? Speaking to someone would be really nice, but there is not a phone number anywhere on the site!
Any help will be apprecited.
